How Dominican Republic Wants to Separate From Haiti

Please stop spreading false information, stop making people hate each other. Peace.

The solution to the problem in Haiti is not for everyone to move to the Dominican Republic. Without documents from their own country, they will always be illegal migrants in any country in the world.

Why D.R. Is building a wall in the border? Is that a racist country? Is that discrimination? Xenophobia?

All countries have borders.  Some need walls and some do not. 

Without the new wall and border road:

  • The Gang violence is harder to prevent. 
  • The D.R. Deforestation and illegal charcoal trade is harder to prevent.
  • The Illegal migration is harder to prevent.
  • The Illegal human trafficking is harder to prevent.
  • The Illegal Contraband is harder to prevent. 
  • The Illegal trade (Arms,Drugs,Hazardous materials) is harder to prevent.
  • The crossing of stolen property, goods and cattle is harder to prevent.
  • The already eradicated plants, fruits and crop diseases are harder to prevent.
  • The contraband of construction materials from the illegal extraction of construction materials from rivers in the D.R. is harder to prevent.

It is not only a wall. It has roads, monitors, sensors and checkpoints. It is the first line of national border protection. This will benefit both countries in the long run.

Please stop spreading false information, Open borders are not a Human wright.

The facts: Undocumented people are vulnerable. 

  • Vulnerable to Human traffic.
  • Vulnerable to Labor exploitation.
  • Vulnerable to Discrimination. Vulnerable to Exclusion.

Let’s promote legalization in the country of origin first. Not illegal migration.
